Detroit Lions Podcast Ready To Move On From Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers
There has been the standard Aaron Rodgers bad mouthing going on, but this time the Detroit Lions are actually a formidable foe for the Green Bay Packers. Having beaten the Packers earlier in the season, the Lions are ready to show that it wasn’t a fluke, and the team has made it over the “hump” into the realm of being a real contender in the NFL. This season has meant so much to the Lions organization and its fans – proof laid bare that the team is ahead of schedule in its rebuild.
Chris has talked about the “passing of the torch”, what a Lions win in Lambeau Field means for the franchise not just today, or this season, but in the process of exorcising the ghosts of the past and moving this team toward the playoffs, victories in the playoffs, and ultimately a Super Bowl championship. This would be that fairy tale story that Lions fans have been hoping for for over six decades. There is a lot to cover ahead of the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau Field this week. Its going to be an awesome show, so buckle up!
