After a two week break the boys are back at the mics with the latest Detroit Lions and NFL news. It might be mid-summer, but there is a lot to cover in this week’s show.
Detroit Lions Podcast Bringing It Back
First, we’ll talk about Penei Sewell and just how great he could be for the Lions this year – its what you want from your #1 overall pick, but he could be a rookie pro-bowler and we’ll discuss why. We also discuss the camp battle that is brewing for the #2 outside cornerback position. A lot of folks have Amani Oruwariye penned in at the position, we’ll discuss why that may be premature.
You Need To Catch This
Also, we’ll go in-depth on the issues the team faces at the wide receiver position as well as some of the larger effects of the decisions made there. Pay attention to this, because it could be the first weakness exposed in the new regimes armor.
We’ll cover the great Bubba Baker sack story, the bad Aaron Robinson franchise tag story, and the ugly Richard Sherman story. All that and a ton of important announcements that you *need* to know about.
