Free Agency is the beginning of the NFL off-season clarity that fans are looking for, culminating on draft day. Knowing what your 2021 NFL roster looks like is the basis for everything your team will do (unless you are Matt Patricia). The Detroit Lions have limited resources to work with, but have proven themselves to have sharp minds in the front office, particularly in Brad Holmes. Some very solid, and inexpensive, roster moves have been made so far (including picking up Michael Brockers), helping shore up weak areas and set the team up to be as successful as possible in the draft. All that, and there is more to come. Biggest surprise? The rumors that the wide receiver market isn’t what some players thought it would be.
