In this live episode of The Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris is joined by subreddit moderator, Punk Rockin’ Trev to break down this week’s bitter loss against the Carolina Panthers.
Eric Ebron did his best Eric Ebron impersonation by dropping passes this week that could have changed the outcome of the game. We talk about him, his play, and what we think his future should hold in Detroit.
Matthew Stafford was pummeled in the backfield all game and left the field wrapped like a mummy. After the game he went directly to the training room and his locker was cleared by the time the press got there. Hopes are with him, he really got beat up this game and this team is done for without him.
As usual, we took a number of calls this week and, as usual, listeners brought it with a number of great points and fun conversation. For added excitement, Chris got to deal with an emergency in the background while the show went on. We had a ton of stuff going on this week, definitely something you don’t want to miss, particularly for all of the laugh therapy after such a disheartening loss.
