In this live episode of The Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris and Case break down this weeks win against the Vikings. They are joined by a special new co-host who will continue to join during the away game weeks, Sandman.
Do we need to mention that the most punchable face in the NFL, stupid Dean Blandino, makes another appearance? This time, not only does Chris Spielman do a masterful job of both exposing Blandino for being the empty-headed douche that he is, but he also gets him to freeze in his best “punch my face” pose.
This game was also littered with injuries from both teams, not a good omen for either team over the long term, but the Lions are particularly exposed at Linebacker now. Jarrad Davis didn’t play, so we look forward to having him back next week against the Panthers who eked one out against the Patriots today. Next week is another big test for this team when we face the aforementioned Panthers at Ford Field.
We took a number of calls this week and, as usual, listeners brought it with a number of great points and fun conversation.
