In conjunction with the mods of /r/detroitlions we are proud to announce the latest episode of this subreddit’s one and only, official podcast!

In this “Quick Takes” episode of the Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris and Case are joined by Jeff Risdon to break down the latest and most important draft, combine, and free agency news.

Jeff gives us in inside look at what the combine is actually like in person. He then goes through the major positions of need and gives us some hints as to some names we should be paying attention to.

Then we move on to free agency, which starts next week. We cover news on players who already have been cut or tagged by their teams, and big names who are expected to hit the open market. After going through some of the potential targets for the Lions, Case asks Jeff what he thinks about two players specifically: Terrelle Pryor and Dontari Poe.
