In this live episode of The Detroit Lions Podcast, Brandon the Intern joins Chris and Case to take part in our celebration of the big win against the Los Angeles Rams at Ford Field. The Lions were hungry and the fans weren’t disappointed in the outcome, a big win that brings the team to a .500 record at 3-3. We get a great breakdown from, ‘The Riz’ – Jeff Risdon, on today’s game as well as updates on what to look for as the season continues forward. No one, including ‘The Riz’ is very high on this coaching staff, but we found ways to compliment their efforts today with the biggest apparent weak spot in the coaching staff looking to be with Defensive Coordinator Teryl Austin. Jim Caldwell is looking much better than he did earlier in the season, and as far as anyone on today’s show is concerned, Jim Bob Cooter is most definitely a keeper. He’s had a lot of injuries to deal with, but nonetheless the defense hasn’t lived up to expectations this year. In addition, we take live calls from our listeners, celebrate the win, and take some time with a caller to dive into just how we are succeeding offensively without much of a run game to speak of. We had some really great calls from the listeners this week, thank you to everyone who took the time to join us on live post game version of the Detroit Lions Podcast!
