With Detroit Having 52 “Healthy” Players on Thanksgiving, They Look to Keep Their First Place Lead
On a short week and a win over Jacksonville, Detroit is coming in on Thanksgiving with a similar look as they did on Sunday. There are a few new names on the list, but there is only one player that seems like he will miss another game. Check out the latest injury report below!
DeAndre Levy Questionable, Likely Will Miss Game
While the media was thinking that Levy would return on Thursday’s game, it seems like that isn’t the case. He missed Sunday’s game, so for the media to think he could magically heal and play just four days later seemed like a reach. Levy might return against New Orleans, but we will have to see it to believe it.
Ziggy Ansah and Theo Riddick Questionable
No shocker here, Ziggy and Riddick are questionable for the game and both should end up playing. Both have been limited and labeled questionable for a few weeks.
Graham Glasgow and Khyri Thornton
New to the list this week is Glasgow and Thornton. Glasgow is dealing with an ankle injury while Thornton is having foot issues. Both are questionable to play on Thanksgiving, as they were limited in practice all week. Expect them to hit the field.
Don Carey Limited and Questionable
Carey suffered a hamstring injury last week against Jacksonville and was limited all week in practice. Unlike Slay, Carey didn’t miss any practice. So even though he wasn’t fully practicing, expect him out there on Special Teams
Minnesota Vikings Injury Report
While these aren’t the same since the last time the two teams played, injuries are still a factor in Minnesota. Defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd is out with a knee injury and so is cornerback Marcus Sherels with a rib/ankle injury. Another cornerback Terence Newman is doubtful with a neck injury and even though wide receiver Stefon Diggs is listed as questionable with his knee issue, reports are saying he probably won’t play. The other three players listed as questionable for the team are linebacker Eric Kendricks, cornerback Captain Munnerlyn, and safety Harrison Smith. Kendricks has a hip injury while Munnerlyn and Smith have ankle problems.
